As you may be aware the Data Protection legislation in the EU changed on the 25th of May 2018. There are increased requirements and penalties for firms who do not comply with these enhanced measur

All of our client electronic data is now held off site in the “Cloud” through a service provided by our hosting partners Iris Hosting. Our Hosting Partners at Iris alongside Microsoft and the Bunker Data Centre have been able to deliver a set of packages that will ensure we are taking appropriate security measures. These features include Dual Factor Authentication & Email Encryption.

In plain English, all of our clients can be assured that their data is held securely. Our Practice is licensed by the ICO ( Information Commissioners Office) and is in full compliance with UK and EU Law. This Statement has also been published on our Social Media Channels
